After Doubting And Warning A Rush On Vaccine, Biden Now Attacks Trump For Not Doing It Fast Enough

According to an article from September 2020, Biden urged President Trump to defer to scientists and not rush out a coronavirus vaccine but in a coronavirus response briefing today he attacks Trump for not doing it fast enough.

Reuters wrote in Sept, “Biden warned against trying to rush out an unfinished vaccine ahead of the Nov. 3 election.”

In September 2020 Biden said, “Scientific breakthroughs don’t care about calendars any more than the virus does. They certainly don’t adhere to election cycles. And their timing, their approval and distribution, should never, ever be distorted by political considerations.”

In today’s briefing Biden said, “The Trump administration’s plan to distribute vaccines is falling behind…but as I long feared and warned, the effort to distribute and administer the vaccine is not progressing as it should.”
