AOC Tells NY Post She ‘Will Not Apologize’ For Ted Cruz ‘Almost Had Me Murdered’ Tweet
Alexandria Ocasio Cortez was approached by a New York Post reporter who asked her about a post she made to Twitter accusing Senator Ted Cruz of ‘almost had me murdered 3 weeks ago’ regarding the Capitol Hill riots.
The post below from Twitter was made in response to Ted Cruz agreeing with AOC calling the RobinhoodApp’s decision to block retail investors from purchasing stock as unacceptable while hedge funds are freely able to trade the stocks.

AOC took notice of Senator Ted Cruz’s reply and agreement with her but she took it as a chance to call him out and claim Senator Cruz almost had her murdered.
I am happy to work with Republicans on this issue where there’s common ground, but you almost had me murdered 3 weeks ago so you can sit this one out.
Happy to work w/ almost any other GOP that aren’t trying to get me killed.
In the meantime if you want to help, you can resign. https://t.co/4mVREbaqqm

Tom Elliot called out AOC in his post and the clip below shows her staffer quickly take her away from answering further about the post she made.

AOC responded telling the reporter it was not the quote and how she will not apologize for what she said.
Maggie VandenBerghe known as FogCityMidge criticized Republicans, “AOC accused @SenatorTedCruz & @GOP of trying to have her murdered. Republicans DID NOTHING. Not even a censure. PATHETIC. Why so WEAK?
