Biden Screamed At In New Jersey: You ‘Leave Americans Behind,’ ‘Resign You Tyrant,’ ‘Go Home’

Democrat President Joe Biden appeared unwelcomed in New Jersey recently when he went to check on the damage brought by Hurricane Ida in the area.

Reports said some people who saw Biden screamed at him — as shown in video recordings of the incident — demanding that he step down from his post amid the successive failures of his administration.

One video posted on social media showed one man yelling at Biden for leaving Americans behind in Afghanistan after the US concluded its evacuation efforts in the now-Taliban held country last August 31.

The Biden administration has been consistent in bragging that more than 120,000 individuals have been evacuated from Afghanistan since July, including around 5,500 Americans — although admitting recently that  “between 100 to 200 US citizens” remain in Afghanistan with “some inclination to depart” the country.

Meanwhile, another video also appeared to show another person screaming at Biden, “resign, you tyrant.”

A reporter for The Star-Ledger, Matt Arco, tweeted about the incident as well, noting that individuals also yelled at the Democratic president telling him to go home.

“Biden go home,” “you should resign,” “f***ing tyrant,” and “this country is going to s**t,” Arco tweeted.

The harsh comments came after CBS reported over the weekend that the Taliban was preventing flights with American citizens from leaving Afghanistan. Rep. Michael McCaul (Texas) also seemed to confirm such.

McCaul, a ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, made the comments on Sunday, telling Fox News anchor Chris Wallace that the Taliban was holding some Americans hostage that time.

“Since we pulled out, how many Afghan allies have gotten out since the Taliban was in complete control of the country?” Wallace asked.

“Zero,” McCaul replied. “And, in fact, we have six airplanes at Mazar Sharif Airport, six airplanes with American citizens on them as I speak, also with these interpreters, and the Taliban is holding them hostage for demands right now. They — we — [the] state has cleared these flights and the Taliban will not let them leave the airport. So, I’m sorry, the answer to your question is zero. And that’s my concern is they’re going to demand more and more, whether it be cash or legitimacy as the government of Afghanistan,” he added.

The said planes were meant to transport US citizens, green card holders, and candidates for Special Immigrant Visas (SIV). According to both the congressman and CBS News, the scenario was basically a hostage situation.

US negotiations with Taliban

“You’re saying that there are Americans on airplanes ready to fly out of Afghanistan right now, and they’re not being allowed out because the Taliban is making demands?” Wallace quizzed McCaul. “What demands are the Taliban making?”

“Well, they are not — they are not clearing the airplanes to depart. They’ve sat at the airport for the last couple of days, these planes, and they’re not allowed to leave,” the Texas lawmaker said.

“We know the reason why is because the Taliban want something in exchange. This is really, Chris, turning into a hostage situation where they’re not going to allow American citizens to leave until they get full recognition from the United States of America,” he added.

“My concern is that Zalmay Khalilzad, [our] special envoy who’s met with the Taliban, they’re in talks right now, and I think — I worry his recommendation to the administration will be to recognize the Taliban as the official government of the United States, a Taliban organization that is a terrorist organization.”

Fox News reported separately that the Biden administration was preventing the said flights from departing the airport, citing “sources” they spoke with.

“Rick Clay, who runs the private rescue group PlanB, told Fox News that the State Department is the only thing preventing the flights he’s organizing from leaving Afghanistan,” Fox News said. “Two other American individuals separately involved in evacuation efforts, whom Fox News is not naming to avoid jeopardizing ongoing rescue efforts, similarly said that the State Department is the sole entity preventing their charter flights from leaving Afghanistan.”

Meanwhile, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the Biden administration is “not aware” of claims that dozens of Americans and perhaps hundreds of Afghan allies are being held by the Taliban at Mazar-i-Sharif Airport (MAZ), unable to board privately chartered planes out of the country.

“We are not aware of anyone being held on an aircraft or any hostage-like situation in Mazar-i-Sharif,” Blinken responded when asked by the media about the said six planes grounded at MAZ, reportedly unable to leave due to the Taliban.
