BREAKING: Supreme Court Rejects Texas Election Lawsuit Against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, And Wisconsin

This is BREAKING NEWS.

The United States Supreme Court has thrown out a Texas lawsuit attempting to challenge the presidential election results in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

In a written statement, the Supreme Court said that the lawsuit was thrown out due to a “lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution.”

“Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.  All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”

The decision delivers a crushing blow to the Trump campaign and significantly reduces President Trump’s chance of winning re-election.
