BREAKING: Supreme Court Revives Trump’s ‘Remain In Mexico’ Border Security Program

The Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that the Biden team has to revive a Trump-era program that protected the border by having asylum seekers remain in Mexico.

The program forced more than 71,000 aliens and asylum-seekers to wait outside of the US before a judge ruled on their case, ensuring a well-vetted process.

Three liberal justices dissented, as expected, while the other justices rejected the Biden team’s effort to block a Texas-based judge’s ruling requiring the government to revive Trump’s “remain in Mexico” policy, also known as the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) program.

The order by the justices means that U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk’s ruling is activated.

The court’s decision referred to a judgment issued in 2020 that blocked Trump’s attempt to repeal a program established by former President Obama that shielded hundreds of thousands of immigrants – known as “Dreamers” – who entered the country illegally as minors from deportation.

In both cases, the Biden regime is questioned as to whether it followed the proper legal procedure in undoing a former administration’s program.

Biden, who has moved to reverse several of Trump’s strict immigration measures since taking office in January, has pulled down the ‘Remain In Mexico’ program.

The administration included the following complaint in its filing against the MPP program, “It requires the government to abruptly reinstate a broad and controversial immigration enforcement program that has been formally suspended for seven months and largely dormant for nearly nine months before that,” the Biden team’s file quipped.
