BREAKING: Trump Going To U.S.-Mexico Border Before Kamala, As Biden’s Border Crisis Grows
Former President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that he will be visiting the US-Mexico border, despite Vice President Kamala Harris’ repeated dodging of the location as President Joe Biden’s border problem grows.
“I have accepted the invitation of Texas Governor Greg Abbott to join him on an official visit to our Nation’s decimated Southern Border on Wednesday, June 30, 2021. The Biden Administration inherited from me the strongest, safest, and most secure border in U.S. history and in mere weeks they turned it into the single worst border crisis in U.S. history. It’s an unmitigated disaster zone.” Trump said in a statement.

“If this weren’t bad enough, Biden and Harris won’t even tour the scenes of the wreckage they created, or come down and visit with the Border Patrol and ICE heroes risking their lives to defend our Nation at a time when the White House is doing everything it can to make their job totally impossible. What Biden and Harris have done, and are continuing to do on our border, is a grave and willful dereliction of duty. My visit will hopefully shine a spotlight on these crimes against our Nation—and show the incredible people of ICE and Border Patrol that they have our unshakeable support.” Trump added.
Last month, Biden’s border problem worsened as more illegal immigrants were arrested at the southern border than at any previous time in the Department of Homeland Security’s history, which began in 2002.
“In May 2021, CBP encountered 180,034 persons attempting entry along the Southwest Border. Single adults continue to make up the majority of these encounters.”U.S. Customs and Border Protection said in a statement.
Last month’s dreadful border data showed a whopping 674 percent rise over May 2020, when 23,237 illegal immigrants were arrested. The figures released last month were the worst in more than two decades.
Starting late in Fiscal Year 2019, the Trump administration improved the border situation and maintained it low in to the Fiscal Year 2020. In terms of the amount of illegal immigrants arrested at the southern border, Biden’s border problem has gotten worse every month he’s been in office.

Last week, Breitbart writer Randy Clark, a former U.S. Border Patrol officer who formerly served as the Division Chief for Law Enforcement Operations, claimed that sources within the agency informed him that an estimated 250,000 illegal immigrants evaded arrest and entered the United States.
Biden is escalating the issue by limiting the authority of Immigration and Customs Enforcement to deport illegal immigrants who are violating federal immigration laws on America’s streets.
“Under new Biden administration rules curtailing immigration enforcement, ICE carried out fewer than 3,000 deportations last month, the lowest level on record,” The Washington Post reported.
“The agency’s 6,000 officers currently average one arrest every two months. ICE under President Biden is an agency on probation. The new administration has rejected calls from some Democrats to eliminate the agency entirely, but Biden has placed ICE deportation officers on a leash so tight that some say their work is being functionally abolished,” the outlet wrote.
