The hospital set up the program to have a safe visit with the First Lady and the children with special arrangements.
The First Lady took to her twitter and expressed, “This will be my 4th holiday visit there & I look forward to spending time again with so many brave children & their families.

Mainstream CNN took the time to criticize saying Melania ‘breaks hospital rules’ and hardly cover the event.
Meanwhile this year 2 children sat in front to listen to the First Lady and the event was being broadcasted in hospital room televisions for other children.
