Gab is also a Free Speech Social Network and many political commentators are joining the platform due to accounts being suspended.
Elijah Schaffer shared to Twitter, “WTH. This is why I got on Gab,” in response to Rep Devin Nunes account being suspended but later reversed because of its ‘anti-spam filter’

The chief executive posted to Gab and blames advisor Jared Kushner for keeping Trump off of the free speech social network Gab.
There were some reports alleging that Trump was back on social media after being banned from Twitter and Facebook and the shutdown of Parler.
Torba posted on Gab to explain, “@realdonaldtrump is and always has been a mirror archive of POTUS’ tweets and statements that we’ve run for years. We’ve always been transparent about this and would obviously let people know if the President starts using it.”

Independent reported, “Torba doubling down on Mr Kushner is keeping Trump off the platform, Mr Torba said: “We will go on the record stating that we know 100% for a fact that Jared Kushner is actively trying to keep Trump off Gab and has been for weeks. Because Gab is the only safe place left for conservatives that means Kushner is trying to keep Trump off the Internet. Why?”
