In a desperate move, they quietly edited his biography on the campaign website, downgrading his claim from “retired Command Sergeant Major” to the less impressive “served as a command sergeant major.”

Even more embarrassing for the Harris campaign, the Minnesota National Guard confirmed that Walz had not completed the necessary coursework to maintain his rank, resulting in a retirement as a lower-ranked master sergeant. Yet, Democrats are still trying to spin this as if he’s a hero who served on the front lines. The truth? Walz never spent a day in a combat zone.
But that hasn’t stopped Walz from using his embellished military record to push gun control. “We shouldn’t allow weapons that I used in war to be on America’s streets,” he once claimed.
