INTENSE: Restaurant Owner BLOCKADES Health Inspector’s Car in Protest: “I’m Desperate” (VIDEO)

This has to be one of the most emotional videos I’ve seen in a long time.

The owner of Bread & Barley, Carlos Roman, in Covina, California pleads with a Police Officer, stating, “I’m desperate”

Roman said, “If we can’t work, he can’t work. … I’m not moving my truck,” after blocking in a Health Inspector’s vehicle with his truck.

The Health Inspector allegedely came to Roman’s restaurant and threatened him with fines if he didn’t shut down.
