“Jake Tapper Calls WH Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany ‘Liar’ — She Fires Back And Called Him ‘Lazy’ For ‘Baseless Attacks With Zero Evidence’
White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany blasted CNN anchor Jake Tapper for accusing her of being a “serial liar” to justify his move to ban her from his show.
McEnany called left-leaning CNN, as a “broken network” as she slammed Tapper for being “lazy” and peddling lies without looking for evidence to back their claims — mostly against President Donald Trump and his administration.
This is a therapy session for a broken network, and @jaketapper is lazy enough to participate by lobbing baseless personal attacks, with ZERO evidence.
Jake’s real problem:
I do not leak.
I do not lie.
But I DO call out the lies of the media (i.e. CNN Russia collusion hoax!) https://t.co/Gz0RWbwhJZ

“This is a therapy session for a broken network, and @jaketapper is lazy enough to participate by lobbying baseless personal attacks, with ZERO evidence,” the White House press secretary tweeted, in response to a comment made by Tapper on CNN’s “Reliable Sources” with Brian Stelter on Sunday.
“Jake’s real problem: I do not leak. I do not lie. But I DO call out the lies of the media (i.e. CNN Russia collusion hoax!),” she added.
Tapper earlier told Brian Stelter that McEnany, along with President Trump’s senior adviser Jason Miller “tell lies the way that most people breathe” and thus he would not allow them on his show.
“There are some people that are such, they’re just so mendacious I just wouldn’t put them on air. Kayleigh McEnany, I never booked her. Jason Miller from the Trump campaign, I would never book him. I mean, these are just people who just, they just tell lies the way that most people breathe. There is no value in that,” Tapper said.
.@jaketapper tells @brianstelter he won't have @kayleighmcenany on his show because she "lies the way that, you know, most people breathe. There was no value in that…She can’t acknowledge reality. So I am just not going to put somebody like that on air." pic.twitter.com/rHnvIhcZ1V

The CNN host went on to compare Kellyanne Conway to McEnany and said that the former Trump adviser “didn’t lie like McEnany did.”
“There is a big difference between somebody like Kayleigh McEnany who just, like, this is what she does, she tells lies all the time. She can’t acknowledge reality, so I’m just not going to put someone like that on air,” he added.
Despite his remarks against McEnany, Tapper complained how President Trump retweeted “mean” tweets calling him “Fake Tapper.”
The American people are suffering though the deadliest month of the pandemic and the president is RTing mean tweets about me.

“The American people are suffering through the deadliest month of the pandemic and the president is RTing mean tweets about me,” Tapper lamented.
Meanwhile, despite claiming not to want “liars” on his show, both Stelter and Tapper have featured infamous figures such as celebrity attorney Michael Avenatti who was sentenced to prison for attempting to extort US$25 million from Nike and was also accused of stealing from a former client, porn actress Stormy Daniels.
Nonetheless, the mainstream media such as CNN, has portrayed Avenatti as a resistance figure fighting the Trump administration.
