Jen Psaki Flips Question On Reporter Whether Biden Thinks A 15-Week-Old Unborn Baby Is A Person

During Monday’s press conference, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki refused to clarify whether President Biden thinks a 15-week-old unborn infant is a human person.

A reporter questioned Psaki, “Does the president believe that a 15-week-old unborn baby is a human being?”

“Are you asking me if the president supports a woman’s right to choose? He does,” Psaki said.

Former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany responded to Psaki’s move, “At 15 weeks inside a mother’s womb… Baby has a heartbeat. Baby has arms and legs & is moving rapidly. Baby has closed eyes, able to sense light. Baby can make facial movements. But the White House will not say if this is a baby…”

After a contentious debate about whether Biden and other politicians who support abortion legislation are worthy of taking Communion at Mass, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops decided unanimously to write a formal statement on the meaning of the Eucharist.

Psaki described Biden as a “Joe Biden is a strong man of faith.”

“The president’s faith is personal. It’s something that has helped guide him through some challenging moments in his life. And that’s how many Americans see their faith as well, not through a political prism. So I would suspect he will continue to attend church, as he has for many, many years,” she continued.

Biden, who frequently attends Mass, has previously said that although he personally opposes abortion, he does not believe he should force his views on Americans who disagree. During his administration, he has taken numerous executive measures that have been praised by abortion rights activists.

When asked whether he would be refused Communion as a result of the Catholic bishops’ decision on Friday, Biden replied, “That’s a private matter and I don’t think that’s going to happen.”

Some bishops think Biden pushed them to make a choice, claiming that the church’s reputation would be jeopardized if they didn’t sign a declaration supporting fundamental Catholic principles.

Last Monday, Archbishop Joseph Naumann of Kansas City, Kansas, stated, “It’s not the bishops who have brought us to this point — it’s some of our public officials,” “This is a Catholic president doing the most aggressive things we’ve ever seen on life at its most innocent.”
