Joe Biden’s Priority On Day 1: Give Transgenders The Right To Use The Women’s Locker Room In Public Schools
Democrat President-elect Joe Biden noted that part of the priorities on his first 100 days in office is adopting pro-transgender policies.
Let’s be clear: Transgender equality is the civil rights issue of our time. There is no room for compromise when it comes to basic human rights.

“On his first day in office, Biden will reinstate the Obama-Bidenguidance revoked by the Trump-Pence Administration, which will restore transgender students’ access to sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms in accordance with their gender identity,” Biden’s campaign wrote, adding that the incoming President will also direct the Education Department “to vigorously” enforce and investigate violations of transgender students’ rights.
Last year, President Donald Trump’s administration moved to restore the “biology-based definition of sexual discrimination” in Federal healthcare rules, reversing changes done by former President Barack Obama that rejected as basis the “science of two biological sexes” and allowed “sex discrimination” to include “discrimination based on a student’s gender identity, including discrimination based on a student’s transgender status.”

At the height of the campaign in October, Biden also backed calls for transgender medical treatments for children suffering from “gender dysphoria” — a psychological disorder telling an ABC town hallthat eight-year-olds “should be allowed” to decide their gender identity such as being a transgender.
“The idea that an eight-year-old child, a ten-year-old child, decides, you know, ‘I want to be transgender.’ That’s what I think I’d like to be. It’d make my life a lot easier,’” the incoming President said then. “There should be zero discrimination.”
Aside from signaling pro-transgender stance, the future president also committed in his first 100 days to sign into law the “Equality Act” — a measure that would drop Federal recognition of the two sexes.
The said act will integrate into Federal law the elimination of women-only sports, transgender bathrooms, mandating the use of preferred pronoun use, and push for other special privileges for transgender.
House rules eliminate “gendered terms”
The Democrat-led House already started a step signaling support for the proposal becoming a law as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi earlier pushed for new rules in the House of Representatives removing all ‘gendered’ terms like “father, mother, son, and daughter,” — or any term reflecting the female and male sexes.
The new rules approved by the House would require Congress to “honor all gender identities by changing pronouns and familial relationships in the House rules to be gender-neutral.
Proof to this is Democratic congressman Emanuel Cleaver closing his invocation at the opening of the 117th Congress by altering the traditional ending of the prayer “amen” to “a-men and a-women” in an apparent bid to make even the prayer gender-neutral.
