Democrat West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin breaks down the Democrat plan for the impeachment of President Trump again.
Sen. Manchin said there needs to be 67 votes and he does not see this happening and we should not be sending this message of Joe Biden coming in to heal the country when everyone will be very divided.
No matter what happens this Wednesday, Senator Manchin says nothing will happen if they are trying to do the impeachment now.
According to Manchin it sounds like we will not be seeing the U.S. Senate vote because the votes are not there.
