John Kerry: ‘Nine Years’ Until Climate Crisis, Sen. Cotton: ‘We’d Probably Have Ten If Kerry Gave Up Private Jet’

John Kerry who is President Joe Biden’s administration’s climate envoy wanted to give out a warning on the upcoming climate crisis during a CBS ‘This Morning’ show with Ben Tracy.

Kerry said the winter weather across the country could be the ‘new normal’ and has to be prevented by cutting back on global carbon emissions.

“I think it’s a very appropriate way to think of it, so it is directly related to the warming, even though your instinct is to say, wait a minute, this is the new Ice Age. But it’s not,” Kerry said. “It is coming from the global warming and it threatens all the normal weather patterns.”

“Even if we did everything that we said we were going to do when we signed up in Paris, we would see a rise in the Earth’s temperature to somewhere around 3.7 degrees or more, which is catastrophic,” Kerry claimed.

Kerry continued to say there is only a few years left to avoid the ‘climate catastrophe’ and said “scientists told us three years ago we had 12 years to avert the worse consequences of climate crisis. We are now three years gone, so we have nine years left.”

Later Kerry said the decision for the U.S. to rejoin the Paris Climate Accord was because, “There is no room for B.S. anymore. There’s no faking it on this one.”

Senator Tom Cotton called out Kerry, “Nine years left to live? We’d probably have ten years left it John Kerry gave up his private jet.”

Rep. Thomas Massie also made a statement calling out both Gates and Kerry, “If it weren’t for Bill Gates and John Kerry reloading the atmosphere with carbon from their private jets, the pastures on my farm would be gasping for CO2!”
