‘Mandalorian’ Fans Raise Pedro Pascal ‘Nazi’ And ‘False Information’ Tweets Amid Gina Carano Firing
“The Mandalorian” star Gina Carana is no longer part of the cast because people online called for her firing over a social media post that compared being a Republican to being Jewish in Nazi Germany.
This led to fans and others to call out the decision to be hypocritical because back in November, according to a Bounding Into Comics story, “The Mandalorian actor Pedro Pascal took to Instagram to compare supporters of President Donald Trump to the Confederate States of America as well as Nazis.”
The screengrab below from Pascal’s Instagram has been deleted.
New York Post reported, “It is believed that Carano’s departure was ultimately prompted by inflammatory comments she made on social media, comparing political censorship to the persecution of Jews in Nazi Germany.”
This post on Instagram wasn’t just one post from Pascal where he also shared another post to compare “Germany, 1944 and America in 2018” and Matt Walsh corrected him on his post.
Walsh posted, “Not only did Pedro Pascal, an actor on ‘The Manalorian, compare the United States and Nazi Germany, but he did so with a photo of ‘America in 2018’ that is not actually from 2018 and also not actually from America. He still has his job.”

The image Pascal shared is actually from Palestinian children who are waiting to be fed in a soup kitchen from 2010 based on Greg Price’s findings. Not only did Pascal made a comparison but he as well posted ‘fake news’ to Twitter which has no fact check label on and is still up.
The best part about this Pedro Pascal tweet making the rounds is that the photo isn’t of children in cages at the border. It’s of Palestinian children waiting to be fed at a soup kitchen from 2010 lol. pic.twitter.com/hLKXCCyCJ1
