Mark McCloskey Announces Senate Run With An America First Platform

Mark McCloskey is the St. Louis attorney who became widely known for defending his home from Black Live Matter activists last year. McCloskey announced his bid for the U.S. Senate on Tuesday in Missouri.

At the end of June 2020, Mark and Patricia McCloskey’s encounter with BLM protestors spread all over social media because of the couple being armed with weapons.

McCloskey made the announcement to YouTube with his newly published campaign website.

“Mark is a Conservative outsider who will bring backbone and guts to the US Senate to continue fighting for President Trump’s agenda,” his website states.

“Enough is enough. As Missouri’s chief law enforcement officer, I simply will not stand by while Missouri’s law is being ignored,” he said in a video statement.

“When the angry mob came to destroy my house and kill my family, I took a stand against them,” McCloskey stated in the campaign announcement video.

McCloskey also appeared in an interview Tuesday on “Tucker Carlson Tonight”

“I have always been a Republican but never been a politician. God came knocking on my door disguised as an angry mob. It woke me up,” McCloskey told Carlson.
