More Texas Democrats Test Positive For Coronavirus After Fleeing State To Subvert Democracy
Two more Texas Democrats tested positive for the coronavirus on Sunday, after three positive tests late last week following their stay in Washington, D.C., where they fled after refusing to participate in voting procedures in Texas for the Republican-backed election integrity bill.
The Democrat Texas state representatives were earlier seen posting a photo of themselves without masks on board a private flight to the US capital.
Rules for thee but not for me strikes the Democrats, again.
Hey, @TSA, if these Democrat lawmakers are allowed to fly without masks, so should the American people.

“In light of some positive COVID-19 tests over the weekend, the House Democratic Caucus has decided to go beyond CDC guidance and provide daily rapid tests for all Members and staff in Washington, D.C., for this week,” the Texas House Democrats said in a statement.
“As part of this precautionary testing, today two additional Members who were fully vaccinated tested positive. All of the HDC Members who tested positive are feeling good, with no symptoms or only mild symptoms.”

After meeting Vice President Kamala Harris late last week, three Texas Democrats reportedly tested positive for the coronavirus.
“Friday night, a Member of the Texas House Democratic Caucus tested positive for COVID,” the Texas House Democrats said in a statement on Saturday.
“Saturday morning, two additional Members, each of whom are also fully vaccinated, tested positive on a rapid test,” it added.
Last Tuesday, Harris met with Texas House Democrats and praised them for turning their back on their mandates to participate in the legitimate democratic process of their home state in a bid to block Texas House Republicans from passing a measure they are against.
“You are doing this in support and defense of some of our nation’s highest ideals,” the Democratic vice president said then.
More than 50 Democrats flew out of the state on private planes to ensure that there would be insufficient legislators to pass a variety of GOP-led bills, including voter integrity laws, bills to protect girls from having to compete in sports against biological males, funding for illegal alien arrests, abortion restrictions, and a crackdown on racist Critical Race Theory being taught in schools.
Abbott slammed Texas House Democrats
As the move of Texas Democrats derailed the passage of the priority legislations of the state, Governor Greg Abbott slammed Democrats who fled the state to deny the GOP the needed quorum to hold a final vote on the measures — and said that Democrat lawmakers who went missing during the vote will be arrested upon their return to Texas.

The Democrat lawmakers will be hauled to the state Capitol to do their jobs the moment that they step foot back in the state, Abbott earlier said.

“What the law is, it’s in the Constitution, and that is the house, the State House of Representatives who were here in the Capitol in Austin right now, they do have the ability to issue a call to have their fellow members who are not showing up to be arrested, but only so long as that arrest is made in the state of Texas,” the Republican Governor said then.
“That’s why they have fled the state. Once they step back into the state of Texas, they will be arrested and brought to the Texas Capitol, and we will be conducting business.”
Meanwhile, as the House version of the voting reform bill remains on hold-up due to Democrats, Texas state senators have passed the measure.

Senate Republicans reportedly approved a measure that would tighten voting restrictions in a party-line vote of 18-4, an attempt Democrats have called “Jim Crow 2.0,” according to Fox News.
