Nationwide Petition Demands Republicans Reject Biden’s SCOTUS Nominee
The Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC) has created a petition which encourages Conservative leaders to reject Biden’s SCOTUS nominee.

The RSLC is “the largest organization of Republican state leaders in the country and only national committee whose mission is to recruit, train, and elect Republicans to multiple down-ballot, state-level offices.”
Biden’s SCOTUS nominee is Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. Republicans have ripped into Biden’s choice.
Senator Josh Hawley noted Jackson’s record of lenient sentencing on child predators.
Senator Ted Cruz slammed the Democrats for supporting Jackson solely because of her race.

Cruz said, “It is no longer the case that Supreme Court confirmation hearings are merely about qualifications…” Cruz said. “Our Democratic colleagues have abandoned that standard long ago. Our Democratic colleagues, then Senator Joe Biden, was perfectly happy to vote against John Robert, someone who was unquestionably qualified for the court. He was perfectly happy to vote against Sam Alito, someone who was unquestionably qualified for the court. And indeed, every member of our Democratic colleagues, who was here at the time, participated in the first ever filibuster of a Supreme Court justice on partisan lines with Justice Neil Gorsuch.”
