Navy SEAL Who Killed Osama Bin Laden Is Now On “No-Fly List” From Airline Company, His Tweet Goes Viral

A tweet made by the Navy SEAL who killed al-Qaeda founder Osama bin Laden went viral as the US commemorates the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks that killed a total of 2,977 people.

A day after the 9/11 anniversary, Robert J. O’Neill, the former member of the elite SEAL Team Six member who took out bin Laden, the man behind the 9/11 attacks, lamented how the tides have turned from 20 years ago.

“20 years after 9/11. The Taliban controls Afghanistan. The guy who killed bin Laden is on a no-fly list,” he wrote on Twitter.

His post eventually went viral on social media gathering over 50,000 likes and more than 12,000 retweets.

O’Neill said in August that he was kicked off Delta Air Lines for not wearing a mask. The ban was imposed when O’Neill posted a selfie on a flight with a customer and a flight attendant wearing masks in the backdrop, captioned, “I’m not a p***y.”

A few days later, he made an update saying he’s been banned from the airline.

“I just got banned from [Delta] for posting a picture. Wow,”  O’Neill said.

The Daily Wire reported that Delta confirmed the ban on the man who took out bin Laden, saying: “Part of every customer’s commitment prior to traveling on Delta is the requirement to acknowledge our updated travel policies, which includes wearing a mask.”

The Delta website noted the mask requirement for its staff and customers.

“Delta customers and employees are required to wear a face mask, or appropriate cloth face covering over their nose and mouth throughout their travel, aligning with best practice guidelines from the CDC,” their COVID-19 FAQ stated in part.

O’Neill’s action has raised scorn — including from the mainstream media with New York Times deputy editor Dan Saltzstein earlier tweeting: “I don’t know this guy but: counterpoint, you might just be because you’re not willing to sacrifice and be a little uncomfortable for your fellow humans (including that marine behind you)!”

Others noted O’Neill’s sacrifices in taking down the top terrorist after the 9/11 terror attacks.

Vocal critic of mask mandates

O’Neill has long been a vocal critic of mask mandates. Earlier, in a tweet, he alluded about the invisible hand of China in all the restrictions being implemented to curb Covid-19 which came from Wuhan in China.

“China told you to wear a mask. Look down … you’re wearing a mask. I’m not,” the former Navy SEAL wrote in a now-deleted tweet.

“Make no mistake.. this ‘pandemic’ was sent to you by China,” he added. “Do you remember the complete, incompetent morons buying all of the toilet paper? They’re the ones telling you to wear masks now.”

“I’m not being rude… I’m just telling you facts,” he  went on.

O’Neill also told his almost half a million followers on Twitter about masks.

“I know more about biological warfare than most of you. We were trained. These dumb a** masks do nothing. Nothing,” the elite Navy SEAL added, noting that a bandana “does more harm than good.”

“I’m not afraid of the mob,” O’Neill later retorted after facing backlash online. “Come get some.”

“There is a time to act. Who’s with me?” and “I shook thousands of hands and gave thousands of hugs this week. I flew on some planes. I’ll be alive next week,” he added.
