Pro-Trump Boat Parade Held In San Diego Ahead Of Election Day

Supporters of President Donald Trump held a final boat parade in San Diego Bay on Monday in support of the incumbent president’s reelection.

Local media said hundreds of boats cruised the waters of California as similar boat parades also cropped up in various locations across the country ahead of Election Day.

Final boat parade in San Diego

“HAPPENING NOW: Massive car parade for @realDonaldTrump in San Diego. I’m told hundreds of supporters are expected to participate in a boat parade that’s set to start real soon,” one local report said.

Some of the participants interviewed said the parade is meant to “stand up and fight” for the America that they grew up in. Other participants were reportedly immigrants who came to America illegally, but have decided to support the Republican president as they “learned to break the cycle of dependency.”

Nitro Gun Co’s Nick Garcia, the organizer of the final boat parade in San Diego, told KUSI News that he’s backing President Trump’s reelection because of his policies that benefited middle-class Americans.

Supporters of the President also held a “Trump train” caravan in San Diego to show their enthusiasm.

Local reports said at least a hundred vehicles showed up and paraded from San Clemente to San Diego waving American flags and other paraphernalia in support of the President a day before the November 3 election.

Other boat parades held

Meanwhile, other boat parades have earlier cropped up across the country in support of President Trump’s reelection as the coronavirus limited gatherings.

A New Jersey boat parade of police and vets in September even attempted to shatter a Guinness World Record held by Malaysia with 1,180 vessels.

Organizers of a “Trumptilla” in South Carolina said more than 3,000 vessels participated in their own boat parade held in July.

Similar boat parades also appeared in New York, Florida, and Texas — most of the vessels waving American flags and campaign materials in support of President Trump.
