Houston rapper ‘Bun B’ shot an armed intruder who held his wife at gunpoint.

Demonte Alif Jackson, 20, was allegedly wearing a mask when he rang Bun B’s doorbell. When Bun B’s wife opened the door, Jackson pointed a handgun gun at her head and demanded she “give me what you got,” according to authorities.

Bun B’s wife pleaded for her life and told Jackson to take the car in the garage. Bun B overheard the exchange, grabbed his gun, and shot Jackson. The injured Jackson fired back at Bun B then ran away from the garage.

Jackson arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound and was arrested shortly after. Jackson was charged with two counts of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and one count of burglary with intent to commit aggravated assault.

Neither Bun B, whose real name is Bernard Freeman, nor his wife were injured.

Bun B is another example of a good guy with a gun stopping a bad guy with a gun.
