SCOTUS Justice Breyer Is Retiring, Sign This Petition To Tell The Senate To Reject Biden From Nominating Kamala Harris
Mainstream media outlets have been reporting that SCOTUS Justice Stephen Breyer will step down from his position at the end of his current term. Breyer is one of three remaining liberal justices and his retirement will mark the end of his 27-year tenure on the court.

While Breyer’s announcement is not official, Biden said on Wednesday he will let Breyer formally announce it before he comments on the matter. On the campaign trail in 2020, Biden vowed to nominate a black woman to the SCOTUS. Many individuals have reminded Biden of this promise. White House press secretary refused to answer whether or not Biden would consider nominating Kamala Harris to the SCOTUS seat.
