Supreme Court Rules In Favor Of Trump ‘Remain in Mexico’ Rule
The Supreme Court has ruled that President Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” asylum policy is constitutional.
The Supreme Court ruled 8-1 in favor of the Trump Administration, with far-left Justice Sonia Sotomayor being the only dissenting vote.
The “Remain in Mexico” policy states that so-called “asylum seekers” must wait in Mexico while their claims are being processed in the United States.
This decision overturned a ruling by the liberal-leaning Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which blocked the remain in Mexico policy earlier this month.
