Trump Strikes Back: Seeks $100 Million in Damages from Biden’s DOJ for Unprecedented Mar-a-Lago Raid
In a bold move that has left the establishment shaking, President Donald J. Trump is fighting back against the corrupt Justice Department with a $100 million lawsuit following the disgraceful search of his Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach, Florida. This is just the latest chapter in the ongoing saga of political persecution against the man who dared to put America First.
The lawsuit, which was filed last week, came just in time before the two-year deadline to seek damages expired. It’s no surprise that the mainstream media is finally catching wind of this—just another attempt to downplay the absolute abuse of power we’ve witnessed.
President Trump has been unyielding in his condemnation of this shameless raid, which was nothing more than a politically motivated hit job. The DOJ, under Merrick Garland, and the FBI, led by Christopher Wray, have shown their true colors, using their power to target their political enemies instead of upholding justice.
Let’s be clear: this raid wasn’t about “retrieving classified records.” President Trump had been cooperating and was repeatedly asked to return documents, even responding to a subpoena. But what did these so-called “investigators” do? They stormed his home like it was some sort of criminal den, when, in fact, President Trump had been one of the most transparent leaders in history.
Despite their best efforts to frame him, what did they find? A mere 300 documents with so-called “classified” markings—documents that President Trump, as the Commander-in-Chief, had every right to declassify. But that didn’t stop the Left from pushing their false narrative.
President Trump has already fought and won against these shameless attacks in the past. Remember, the Florida judge who approved the search warrant? That warrant was later reviewed and upheld, but it was clear from the start that the Deep State was gunning for Trump. Even the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals had to step in after Judge Aileen Cannon, who had the courage to appoint a special master to review the seized records, was overruled by the judicial system that has been stacked against Trump since day one.
Judge Cannon also correctly determined that special counsel Jack Smith, appointed in yet another desperate attempt to bring down Trump, was unlawfully put in place. This crucial point is now before the appeals court, and we all know where this is headed: yet another victory for Trump.
Now, the Justice Department has 180 days to review President Trump’s claim. If they don’t act, this will move to federal court, where Trump will undoubtedly expose the corruption at the highest levels.
As Trump attorney Daniel Epstein rightfully stated, “The intrusion into President Trump’s seclusion, the abuse of process by the Garland Department of Justice and Wray FBI, and the subsequent malicious prosecution are particularly egregious, showing willful, wanton, oppressive, and malicious intent by the Department of Justice and FBI.”
This is not just about President Trump; it’s about the future of our republic. If they can do this to him, they can do it to any of us. But one thing is for certain: President Trump will not be intimidated. He’s fighting for us, and he’s fighting for America.
