(WATCH) Dana White Gets Into Heated Exchange With Reporter Over COVID Treatments (VIDEO)

During a press conference Saturday, UFC President Dana White slammed critics of ivermectin and monoclonal antibodies, specifically targeting physicians who are pushing Spotify to name Joe Rogan a “menace” for discussing how he treated himself with COVID-19.

White said, “Ever since I came out and said what I did, it’s almost impossible now to get monoclonal antibodies. They’re making it so you can’t get them. Medicine that absolutely works, they’re keeping from us.”

White stated that he did not want to become involved in politics. Nonetheless, he asserted that, based on his own personal experience, ivermectin and monoclonal antibodies are viable treatment alternatives.

“Now, all of a sudden, you can’t dig them up to save your life. The doctors won’t give them to you,” he said.

White said that he was able to fight his COVID-19 infection in a couple of days after beginning therapy with the medication popularized by Rogan.

He said, “I made one phone call and was able to get it done. And that’s not like some f***ing rich, famous guy s***. Anybody could have called.”

He continued, “You know Rogan has been talking about [it], then I went crazy talking about it. You can’t get those things to save your life now, literally.”

White called the medical community’s outrage over the treatments “disgusting”, saying, “it’s one of the craziest things that I have ever witnessed in my life.”

One reporter came after White, asking him, “you’re a doctor?”

White responded, “Here he comes!”

“Are you a doctor?” the reporter asked again.

“No, but I took them, and they both worked for me,” White replied. “So, why shouldn’t I take them again, or other people?”

“I won’t answer,” the reporter said.

“Dive in,” White replied. “Why shouldn’t we be able to take them? You want to know what’s scary? I bet I could get some f***ing pain pills quicker than I could get monoclonal antibodies.”

The reporter seemed to answer “maybe”.

White replied, “No, not maybe. That’s a fact. They f***ing hand out pain pills like they’re Tic Tacs.”
