(WATCH) Democrat Comes Out In Support Of Florida Parental Rights Bill That Bans ‘Woke Sexual’ Indoctrination (VIDEO)

Former Congresswoman, Tulsi Gabbard, a Democrat from Hawaii, has come out in support of Florida’s Parental Rights In Education Law.

The law, popularly nicknamed the ‘Don’t Say Gay Bill’ prevents teachers from discussing sexual orientation or gender identity with any students between Kindergarten and 3rd Grade.

In a video message, Gabbard supported the bill, contradicting a majority of her fellow party members.

Gabbard boldly said, “Parents should raise their kids, not the government.”

She insisted that the bill is positive because it prevents dangerous ideologies and agendas from the LGBT being forced upon vulnerable schoolchildren.

“Now we should all the support the Parental Rights in Education bill that recently passed in Florida, which very simply bans government and government schools from indoctrinating woke sexual values in or schools to a captive audience,’ she explained. “A captive audience that is by law required to attend.”

On Twitter, Gabbard added, “When I first heard about Florida’s Parental Rights bill, I was shocked it only protects children K-3. Third grade? How about 12th grade—or not at all. Meanwhile, schools are failing: 1 in 4 graduates are functionally illiterate.”
