WATCH: Travis Scott Tells Crowd At Alabama Festival That He Is Donating All His Merch Sale Money To Planned Parenthood In Response To Abortion Law

In an apparent protest of Alabama’s new near-total abortion ban, rapper Travis Scott told concertgoers at the Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama Friday night that he would be donating all of the merch sale profits he made that night to Planned Parenthood.

In a very mumbled and hard to understand voice, Scott told the crowd that he was going to “donate all the profits from my merch today to Planned Parenthood.”

Scott went on to say, “We feel for those out in Alabama. I love, y’all, and I just want everyone to know that love is the strongest thing that we can have.”

On May 15, female Alabama Governor Kay Ivey signed into law a bill that makes nearly all cases of abortion a felony. The law does not include an exemption to allow abortions for pregnancies resulting from rape or incest.
