‘Woke’ Leftists Outraged By 9/11 Disney Channel Ad That Shows How Far Patriotism Has Disappeared (WATCH)

Hating on America is viewed as “hip” and “trendy” among young people who make up generation Z and the awakened left as we approach the 20th anniversary of 9/11. As a result, seeing the patriotic clips made by Disney Channel in the aftermath of 9/11 came as a shock to them. Shia LaBeouf, Hilary Duff, and other Disney stars featured in the collection of 9/11 memorial videos.

While these massively famous millennial celebs showed off their patriotism on television, it blew people’s minds.

In post-9/11 videos, Disney Channel stars showcased their patriotism.

Many young people today are unaware that in the aftermath of the September 11 terrorist attacks, Americans from all walks of life rallied behind our flag.

Melissa Joan Hart, Hilary Duff, and Beverly Mitchell, among other Disney Channel stars, spoke out about their love for America in PSAs for the famous children’s network at the time.

In this 9/11 tribute video, Laura Bush expresses her love for America. Even then-First Lady Laura Bush joined in the fun for Disney Channel, which would never advertise with a conservative First Lady nowadays.

However, the person who found LaBeouf’s tape was obviously not a fan of his patriotic poetry.

“Shia LaBeouf reading a poem he wrote himself lmao i really *cannot* — gen Z, do you know that the entirety of American media turned to generating support for murdering countless Afghanis and Iraqis, and it looked like this?” the user wrote.

Furthermore, the individual who shared the films on Twitter seemed to believe that Disney was using these patriotic movies to brainwash children into supporting Congress’s Authorization of Military Force in reaction to the 9/11 attacks.

Clearly, this individual can’t tolerate seeing others praising America and flaunting their patriotism.

This display of patriotism by Disney Channel performers upset many “ modern ” social media users.

One person remarked, “‘It’s important to talk about 9/11. Okay, then! Let’s talk about how 9/11 is a direct result of America’s funding of Mujahadeen fighters in Afghanistan against the USSR, who later ended up forming the Taliban!”

“I remember this. I felt like I woke up one day on another planet surrounded by reactionary zombies. It was terrifying,” another user added. “I kept hoping to wake up from it &it never happened. I stopped recognizing many of my friends &my family couldnt understand why I went from outgoing to depressed.”

“WHAT IS THISSS,” tweeted someone else who has the username Antifa Zoomer. “The footage I’ve seen of post-9/11 patriotism in the early to mid-2000s is WILD to me. I’m very thankful that I was too young to know what was going on in that insane time period.”

It’s unfortunate that we now live in a time where Hollywood celebrities would never openly display their patriotism in the manner that these celebrities did after 9/11.

In the almost two decades after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, America has gone downhill in terms of patriotism in ways that we could never have predicted back in 2001.
