(MUST WATCH) Body Cam Footage Shows Kyle Rittenhouse Key Witness Arrested For DWI (VIDEO)

An investigation into the Kyle Rittenhouse trial revealed that the key witness, Gaige Grosskeutz, has an extensive criminal record that includes burglary, drunk driving, and a domestic violence incident, according to a recent report.

Key witness in the Rittenhouse trial, Gaige Grosskreutz, 28, appeared in court just six days before the start of the Rittenhouse trial, to get his extremely recent drunk driving charge dismissed “on a technicality”, the Daily Mail reported.

To no surprise, the Rittenhouse jury was not informed of Grosskreutz’s previous run-ins with the law.

The body camera footage of Grosskreutz’s DWI arrest was posted on Youtube and it seems that Grosskreutz’s blood alcohol content (BAC) was a .212, which is nearly triple the legal limit.

According to the Mail, records reviewed by the publication suggest that Grosskreutz has a criminal record dating back more than ten years.

Just a few days before the Rittenhouse shootings, on August 16, he was detained by police in West Allis, Wisconsin, for allegedly “prowling” when he was apprehended videotaping police cars in a police department parking lot around 1 A.M.

“Gaige appeared to be videotaping personal vehicles in the rear police parking lot,” according to a police report obtained by the Mail. “Gaige made clear his anti-law enforcement views. Gaige was arrested for prowling, booked, cited and released.”

On May 9, 2015, Grosskreutz was pulled over by police and authorities noticed he had “bloodshot and glassy” eyes. Also, the officers discovered a 9mm Glock 19 pistol in his vehicle.

Then, in 2013, Grosskreutz was charged over the fact that he broke a bedroom window of his ex-girlfriend at 4 AM. His ex-girlfriend also claimed that Grosskreutz would harass her over the phone.

Grosskreutz criminal history doesn’t end there. A year earlier, he was charged with a felony burglary charge when police caught him trying to sell three stolen PlayStationn consoles.

In 2010, Grosskreutz was also detained and accused of punching his grandmother in the face after an argument. During this dispute Grosskreutz allegedly hurled a lamp and destroyed a wall. Grosskreutz was acquitted of the charges.

The police report reads that the 17-year-old Grosskreutz threw “a lamp into the living room wall, damaging the lamp and the wall and struck her across the face with an open hand”.

Additionally, he has past juvenile charges that have been sealed, according to the Mail.
