Republican David Perdue is currently leading Democrat Jon Ossoff by 3,121 votes with 95% total votes counted.
Democrat Raphael Warnock is leading Republican Kelly Loeffler is leading by 32,013 votes.
But state election official Gabriel Sterling says DeKalb County has 117,000 votes to upload, according to Fox News as of 11:15 PM eastern.
Those will skew heavily to the Democrats.
