Maxine Waters Makes Ridiculous Demand: Trump Should Be Charged With ‘Premeditated Murder’

Rep. Maxine Waters who has earlier called on her supporters to physically confront Trump supporters — has made another ridiculous demand recently when she said that the former Republican President should be charged with “premeditated murder” for allegedly influencing the riots at Capitol Hill through this social media posts.

The Democratic lawmaker from California said former President Trump should be held liable for the death of five people related to the chaos at the nation’s capital.

“He absolutely should be charged with premeditated murder because of the lives that were lost for this invasion with his insurrection,” Waters, one of the former president’s fiercest critic, told an MSNBC interview.

“For the president of the United States to sit and watch the invasion and the insurrection and not say a word because he knew he had absolutely initiated it — and as some of them said, ‘he invited us to come. We’re here at the invitation of the President of the United States,’” she added, brushing off the fact that Trump did condemn the violence that broke out at protests at the Capitol Hill.

“America is and must always be a nation of Law and Order,” the former president said then. “The demonstrators who infiltrated the Capitol have defiled the seat of American democracy.”

Waters, one of the fiercest critics of the former president, has earlier voted with other house Democrats to impeach Trump the second time for allegedly “inciting an insurrection” — an effort deemed by critics to be more of a “political move” done without a proper investigation, nor witnesses called to support the charges.

The Los Angeles-area congresswoman piled on her claims saying she also believed that former President Trump was capable of starting a “civil war.”

The Democratic lawmaker went on to accuse the President of getting her “threatened time and time again” because she said she “took on this president early” and called for his impeachment early.

“And even there’s information that some of the planning came out of individuals working in his campaign,” Waters claimed without citing any evidence. “We have to fight as hard as we can to see to it that there’s some justice.”

Meanwhile, while blaming the former president of “inciting violence” Waters, and her fellow Democrats have also called for violence against conservatives during Trump’s entire presidency.

Waters in fact encouraged her supporters to harass officials of the Trump Cabinet back in 2018 over the former administration’s “zero tolerance” policy at the Mexico border.

“Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up,” the California Democrat told a crowd that time. “And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”
